August 2019 diskutierte Circular Berlin das Thema R\u00e4ume und wie die Nutzung von Raum im Geb\u00e4ude das kreisf\u00f6rmige Bauen unterst\u00fctzen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den \u00dcbergang von der linearen zur Kreislaufwirtschaft im Bausektor zu beschleunigen, m\u00fcssen dringend Kreislaufgesch\u00e4ftsmodelle eingef\u00fchrt werden. Aufgrund der h\u00f6heren Risiken, Kosten und der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Komplexit\u00e4t ist die Kreislaufwirtschaft f\u00fcr die Branche noch nicht \u201cbusiness as usual\u201d. Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es sich um ein bestehendes oder ein neues Geb\u00e4ude handelt, untersuchten die Teilnehmer, wie Design- und Nutzungsmodelle von R\u00e4umen den nachhaltigen Betrieb des Geb\u00e4udes demonstrieren k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemeinsam haben wir die Experten von <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/hausderstatistik.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">Haus der Statistik<\/a> <\/span>(Felix Marlow), um die Rolle der Raumnutzung w\u00e4hrend der R\u00fcckbauphase vorzustellen und zu erl\u00e4utern, wie der partizipative Ansatz zu den Konzepten der Nutzungsmischung beitr\u00e4gt.  Das Thema des langen Geb\u00e4udebesitzes (99 Jahre) wurde vorgestellt von<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/crclr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">CRCLR<\/a><\/span> (Kathleen Waechter) und wie es sich auf das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell auswirkt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die Fallstudie \u00fcber den laufenden Bau von Johannes Stiglmair von <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trnsfrm.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">TRNSFRM<\/a><\/span>, Er stellt das Projekt des kreisf\u00f6rmigen Geb\u00e4udes in Neuk\u00f6lln (Berlin) vor und erl\u00e4utert, vor welchen Herausforderungen wir stehen, wenn wir \u00fcber die Umsetzung des kreisf\u00f6rmigen Bauens sprechen. Helge Kunz von <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.renggli-international.com\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">RENGGLI Deutschland<\/a><\/span>, der mit Holz arbeitet, f\u00fchrte in das Thema ein, was es eigentlich f\u00fcr die technische Seite des Bauens bedeutet, die Prinzipien der Kreislaufwirtschaft anzuwenden. Nichtsdestotrotz muss es getan werden, insbesondere innerhalb der lokalen Nachbarschaft. Es muss mit einem langwierigen Prozess gerechnet werden, in dem unterschiedliche Interessen aufeinandertreffen, insbesondere in Anbetracht der Raumgr\u00f6\u00dfe des Hauses der Statistik (Berlin-Mitte). Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer der Raum ist, desto mehr Akteure sind beteiligt. Dieser lange Weg ist jedoch unerl\u00e4sslich, um einen Dialog zu entwickeln und die tats\u00e4chlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der k\u00fcnftigen Nutzer zu verstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ausgehend vom lokalen Kontext stellte Lennart den gesamten Prozess vor, wie ein Mehrzweckkonzept f\u00fcr R\u00e4ume entworfen werden k\u00f6nnte (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3Hbdig0bjBYNDhMRl9YLW5BUkxRS2NaUFRiekdnR3FLSHJB\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">siehe die vollst\u00e4ndige Pr\u00e4sentation<\/span><\/a><\/span>), als Referenzprojekt f\u00fcr den Prinzessingarten (Berlin-Kreuzberg). Das wichtigste Ergebnis ist: \u201cBleiben Sie vor Ort\u201d, wenn Sie wollen, dass sich etwas \u00e4ndert; experimentieren Sie mit den neuen Konzepten, wenn Sie mehr als nur finanziellen Gewinn aus dem Bau erzielen wollen; seien Sie sozial und gestalten Sie R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Menschen mit Menschen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Circular House ist ein ber\u00fchmtes Pilotprojekt f\u00fcr ein kreisf\u00f6rmiges und ressourcenschonendes Geb\u00e4ude in Berlin. Aus diesem Projekt k\u00f6nnen wir viele Lehren ziehen, angefangen bei der Frage, wie man kooperiert und die richtigen Partner f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Bauprojekts an Bord holt, bis hin zu den Herausforderungen, die sich ergeben, wenn man wiederverwendete, aber gesunde Materialien verwenden will (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3Hbdig0bjBYS3c4cVctSWtGNFRQc1RtOHNrekNpZDBDaENr\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">siehe die vollst\u00e4ndige Pr\u00e4sentation<\/a><\/span>). Helge teilte mit uns sein Fachwissen, warum Holz das Material der Wahl f\u00fcr das kreisf\u00f6rmige Bauen sein sollte (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=0B3Hbdig0bjBYY2VPYzVwVTdYQnhTTEZWbVZxeC0yVXd4cjRV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einer neuen Registerkarte)\">siehe die vollst\u00e4ndige Pr\u00e4sentation<\/a><\/span>). Im Vergleich zu Beton oder Stahl ist es ein weniger CO2-verschmutzendes Material, aber nat\u00fcrlich muss es streng beschafft werden. Aber warum Holz und flexible Raumnutzung? Vor allem, weil dieses leichte Material f\u00fcr die Montage und Demontage geeignet ist. Das bedeutet, dass, wenn der Raum nach einiger Zeit umgestaltet, ver\u00e4ndert oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden sein soll, das Bauen mit Holz als Material viel einfacher sein kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies ist ein komplexes Thema f\u00fcr eine komplexe Branche, und wir haben versucht, nur einen kleinen Teil der Geb\u00e4ude- und Raumnutzung zu behandeln und zu zeigen, wie die Kreislaufwirtschaft dieses Thema neu gestalten kann.
