Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Verwendung nat\u00fcrlicher Baumaterialien, die die Umweltqualit\u00e4t in Innenr\u00e4umen verbessern, aber auch auf die Kreislaufbauweise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>Dies ist eine gek\u00fcrzte Fassung des Artikels. Das vollst\u00e4ndige Interview wird ver\u00f6ffentlicht von <a href=\"http:\/\/%3Ca%20href%3D%22www.recycling-magazine.com%22%3Erecycling%20magazine%3C\/a%3E\">Recycling-Magazin&nbsp;<\/a> (Internationale Ausgabe). <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wenn Sie \u00fcber die Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Bauindustrie sprechen, wie gehen Sie mit diesem Thema um?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei unseren Bauprojekten streben wir die Anwendung kreisf\u00f6rmiger Konstruktionsstrategien an, wobei wir uns auf die Verwendung von Holz und Lehmbaustoffen konzentrieren. Lehmbaustoffe sind von Natur aus zirkul\u00e4r, w\u00e4hrend Holz aufgrund seines geringen Gewichts und der M\u00f6glichkeit, trockene Verbindungen herzustellen, ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial f\u00fcr zirkul\u00e4res Bauen bietet. Wenn recycelte Materialien entweder nicht verf\u00fcgbar oder zu teuer sind, konzentrieren wir uns auf die Verwendung lokaler Ressourcen, um den Transportaufwand zu minimieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die Entwicklung eines geeigneten Materialkonzepts, das eine Low-Tech-Bauweise erm\u00f6glicht. Durch die Verwendung von hygroskopischen Materialien, z. B. Lehm, Holz und Naturfasern, k\u00f6nnen wir nachhaltigere und ges\u00fcndere Geb\u00e4ude schaffen. Im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Baumaterialien k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrliche Materialien gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mengen an Feuchtigkeit puffern und dazu beitragen, die mechanische Bel\u00fcftung zu reduzieren. Diese Strategie kann die Qualit\u00e4t des Innenraumklimas von Geb\u00e4uden verbessern, da die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit stabiler ist und im Winter zwischen 40% und 60% liegt und die Geb\u00e4ude im Sommer weniger zur \u00dcberhitzung neigen. Dies ist auch in der heutigen Zeit mit dem Ausbruch des Coronavirus ein h\u00f6chst relevantes Thema.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide Aspekte sind wichtig f\u00fcr die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Bausysteme: Low-Tech-Bauweise durch die Reduzierung von Haustechnik, Ressourcenverbrauch und Umweltbelastung beim Bauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie sehen Sie die derzeitigen praktischen Anwendungen und Grenzen der Kreislaufwirtschaft in Ihrer Arbeit? Inwieweit ist die Kreislaufwirtschaft im Bauwesen machbar?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Bau mit wiederverwendeten oder recycelten Baumaterialien f\u00fchrt zu noch h\u00f6heren Planungs- und Baukosten und l\u00e4ngeren Fristen, die nicht f\u00fcr jeden Bauherrn akzeptabel sind. Es fehlt noch an einer entsprechenden Infrastruktur. Zudem ist die Verarbeitung und Handhabung von Recyclingmaterialien aufgrund des innovativen Charakters des Themas derzeit noch aufw\u00e4ndiger als bei Rohstoffen. Zus\u00e4tzliche Forschung und Praxis, aber auch die steigenden Kosten f\u00fcr Neuware werden diese Herausforderung in naher Zukunft ausgleichen. Aufgrund des Vorhandenseins von Schadstoffen und auch statischer Zw\u00e4nge wurden die vorhandenen Fassadenelemente durch ein leichtes, vorgefertigtes, nicht tragendes Holzfassadensystem ersetzt, das den aktuellen Energiestandards f\u00fcr Neubauten entspricht. Im Innenbereich wurde der Hauptausbau, z. B. W\u00e4nde und Bodenkonstruktionen, so weit wie m\u00f6glich beibehalten, um den Ressourcenverbrauch zu minimieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wo sollte der Ausgangspunkt liegen, um eine Kreislaufwirtschaft im Bausektor zu erm\u00f6glichen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aufbau von Partnerschaften<\/strong>: Um die Prinzipien des kreisf\u00f6rmigen Bauens erfolgreich umzusetzen, ist es wichtig, die Unterst\u00fctzung von gleichgesinnten Projektpartnern zu haben, die nachhaltiges Bauen f\u00f6rdern<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politik und Regulierung<\/strong>: Die Umstellung auf kreisf\u00f6rmiges Bauen muss auf politischer Ebene beginnen, indem nachhaltige rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen entwickelt und umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anreize<\/strong>: Finanzierungsmodelle k\u00f6nnen bessere Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr nachhaltigere Bauprojekte schaffen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technologische Hilfsmittel<\/strong>: Einer der potenziellen Wegbereiter f\u00fcr die Wiederverwendung und das Recycling von Holz ist ein vom Fraunhofer-Institut im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts CaReWood entwickeltes technologiegest\u00fctztes Handwerkszeug, das die Analyse und Identifizierung von Holzschutzmitteln vor Ort erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das Bewusstsein sch\u00e4rfen<\/strong>Die Zusammenf\u00fchrung von Interessengruppen kann das Bewusstsein sch\u00e4rfen und zur Verbreitung von Wissen beitragen.
