In Berlin mit über 3,7 Millionen Menschen gehen pro Jahr und Einwohner*in 85-89 kg Bioabfall verloren (Selbstkalkulation: Abfallbilanz 2017, Stand vor der Einführung der Bioabfall-Sammlung als Pflichttonne).
